What this site is
sinderella.org is an entertainment website featuring fictional, voice-driven horoscope, tarot, and lifestyle content written in the persona of "Sinderella." The readings are for amusement. They are not predictions, prescriptions, or professional advice.
What it isn't
- Not medical advice. If a horoscope says "rest," that's a vibe, not a diagnosis. See a doctor.
- Not legal advice. If a tarot reading mentions a contract, see a lawyer.
- Not financial advice. Don't make investment decisions because The Tower came up. See a financial advisor.
- Not therapy. If you are in crisis, please call or text 988 (US Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or your local emergency line.

You may screenshot pieces for personal use and social sharing — that's encouraged. You may not republish full readings, copy the Sinderella persona, or use the brand for commercial purposes without permission.
DMCA / Copyright
If you believe content on sinderella.org infringes a copyright you hold, send a written notice to jessetamburino@hotmail.com with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request." Your notice must include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the specific material on sinderella.org that you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (URL is sufficient).
- Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email.

We link out to Amazon, third-party astrology resources, and various brands' direct sites. We're not responsible for what's on those sites. They have their own terms.
No warranties
The site is provided "as is." We can't guarantee uptime, accuracy of any astrological correspondence, or that the deck pulled the right card for your specific situation. We do guarantee Sinderella will keep writing.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sinderella, the operator of sinderella.org, and any contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. If The Tower came up reversed and you sent the text anyway and it ruined your week — that's on you, sweetheart. Sinderella warned you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, where Sinderella has lived her whole life and where any dispute that absolutely needs a courtroom will be brought.
